Terms

Draft, pending counsel review. These terms have not yet been reviewed by counsel. The signed scope and proposal for an engagement govern until they have.

Readiness delivery guarantee

The Readiness engagement starts when both conditions are met:

• Both parties have signed a written scope defining the programme, the standards and clauses in scope, and the artefact sources.
• The client has confirmed in writing that Domokos has read-only access to all sources in that scope.

If access is not provided within 10 business days of scope signature, a new delivery date is agreed and the guarantee does not apply to the original date. Domokos delivers the gap register and the verifiable evidence bundle within 14 calendar days of confirmed access. If Domokos misses this date for reasons within its control, the full fee is refunded. The 14 days pause while access is interrupted or while a scope change requested by the client is open; a scope change needs a new written scope. The guarantee covers delivery only. Domokos does not guarantee any assessment outcome and makes no conformity judgment.

Fees

The fee is invoiced at scope signature and payable within 8 days.

Liability

Domokos's liability is capped at the fee for the engagement.

Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other's confidential information confidential and uses it only for the engagement.

Client evidence

Client evidence is returned or deleted within 30 days of delivery, and the deletion is recorded in the ledger. The client owns its evidence; Domokos owns the platform.

Governing law

Hungarian law applies. The courts of Győr have jurisdiction.
